Mahtty is the only two-time recipient of the National Association of Home Builders Gold Award for Sales Professional of the Year, selected from professionals representing home builders throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. She is also a two-time Southern California Sales Professional of the Year and has been repeatedly recognized for sales leadership, marketing innovation, and record-setting performance.

In January 2015, I temporarily stepped away from serving my clients as an independent Real Estate Broker Associate at Re/MAX and returned to the new construction industry after being recruited by Toll Brothers, America's #1 Luxury Home Builder.
Among my esteemed colleagues across the nation, I was thrilled to receive the prestigious Sales Professional of the Year, Gold award from the National Association of Home Builders for all of North America in 2018 and 2020. The Southern California Building Industry Association and the Greater Sales and Marketing Council also recognized me as a two-time winner and a three-time finalist for the prestigious M.A.M.E./Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence awards in 1997, 2016, and 2018.

GIVING BACK
Life, for me, is about supporting life. I am the creator of the Mira and Cole Foundation, where we actively seek out opportunities for miracles, as the name suggests, to assist children and animals in need. The foundation provides funding for medical care and insurance to support these individuals. Specifically for animals, we actively seek to secure loving furr-ever homes. Over the years, I have contributed my time and support to esteemed organizations such as Orangewood Children's Home, the Orangewood Foundation, The 44 Women for Orangewood, Miracle for Kids, and the ASPCA. Through these meaningful collaborations, I hope to continue making a lasting impact.
