Mahtty and her team are extremely competent and responsive. She will go above and beyond, looking at all aspects of the purchase and making sure all the details are covered. Our property inspection uncovered a plumbing leak, which she reported to the seller to fix within an hour of receiving the report, and then followed up by giving us the plumber's invoice, I think only a day later. When negotiating the price, she talked me into going lower and saved me a good chunk of change. After the sale, don't expect her to disappear. She gave us recommendations for painters and movers, both of whom we hired. The painters were great, excellent work. The movers were even better, best move ever (fast, friendly, careful, no damage, very attentive to details).
