Those words, shared with me by past clients years after helping them purchase their home, represent one of the greatest compliments I continue to receive.
While I was deeply honored, they also reminded me of something I've come to appreciate throughout my career. The greatest measure of success isn't found in the number of homes sold or awards received.
It's the relationships.
I have come to realize that while homes bring people together, it is the relationships built along the way that become life's greatest rewards.
One of the greatest blessings of my career is that, years after a transaction has closed, many clients still reach out. They invite me into their homes, introduce me to children who are now teenagers and young adults, and entrust me with the next chapter of their lives. Those relationships are a constant reminder that real estate has never simply been about buying or selling homes. It's about serving people during some of life's most significant moments.
For more than 37 years, I've had the privilege of serving individuals, families, trustees, estate planning attorneys and the families they entrust to my care, Fortune 500 companies, and nationally recognized homebuilders through some of life's and business's most meaningful transitions—from purchasing a first home and growing a family to downsizing, settling a family estate, relocating for a new opportunity, repositioning entire new-home communities, or beginning a new chapter through life's celebrations, unexpected changes, and everything in between.
Along the way, I have been repeatedly entrusted to develop strategic solutions that maximize the potential of significant real estate assets—from luxury residences and family estates to underperforming sales organizations and nationally recognized communities representing substantial investments.
Working alongside executive leadership teams, land planners, project managers, architects, advertising agencies, interior designers, and sales organizations has given me a unique perspective on how intentional preparation, compelling presentation, and strategic positioning maximize value long before a property reaches the market.
Sometimes success doesn't require starting over.
Sometimes a home doesn't need a price reduction.
More often, exceptional results begin with thoughtful strategy, trusted guidance, and a willingness to recognize opportunities others may overlook.
That commitment has been recognized throughout both the real estate and homebuilding industries.
I am honored to be the only two-time recipient of the National Association of Home Builders Gold Award for Sales Professional of the Year, selected from a field of approximately 1,600 sales professionals annually representing homebuilders throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
I was also a three-time nominee and two-time Gold Award recipient of the Building Industry Association of Southern California's New Home Builders' Sales Professional of the Year Award, along with receiving multiple Senior Sales Manager of the Year awards presented by Toll Brothers on a national level and additional recognition from the Sales and Marketing Council of Southern California.
Most recently, I was honored to be recognized through Coldwell Banker's International Sterling Society for my 2025 and 2026 sales performance.

For me, caring about people and achieving exceptional results have never been competing priorities.
They are inseparable.
My clients often describe me not simply as their real estate broker, but as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and steady source of guidance long after the transaction has closed.
Because every home has a story.
How it's told determines how it's sold.
If you'd like to learn more, I invite you to explore my Google Reviews, Zillow Reviews, LinkedIn Recommendations, client success stories, case studies, and the Awards & Professional Recognition section of this website to discover how thoughtful guidance, strategic repositioning, and genuine care have helped individuals, families, organizations, and investors realize the full potential of their homes, communities, and investments.
Throughout my career, I have been honored to receive recognition from some of the most respected organizations in the real estate and homebuilding industries. While these awards represent meaningful milestones, they have never been the goal. Rather, they reflect a lifelong commitment to serving clients with integrity, thoughtful strategy, and exceptional results.
In 2015, I temporarily stepped away from serving my resale clients as an Associate Broker with RE/MAX after being recruited by Toll Brothers to lead the marketing and sales of several luxury communities throughout Orange County. Working alongside executive leadership, architects, land planners, and sales organizations further shaped my understanding of strategic positioning, community development, and maximizing the value of significant real estate assets.
I am honored to be the only two time recipient of the National Association of Home Builders Gold Award for Sales Professional of the Year, selected from a field of approximately 1,600 sales professionals annually representing homebuilders throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
In addition, I was a three time nominee and two time Gold winner of the Building Industry Association of Southern California's New Home Builders' Sales Professional of the Year Award, along with multiple Senior Sales Manager of the Year awards presented by Toll Brothers on a national level and additional recognition from the Sales and Marketing Council of Southern California for excellence in marketing, sales leadership, and record setting performance.
Most recently, I was honored to be recognized through Coldwell Banker's International Sterling Society for my 2025 and 2026 sales performance.
While I am deeply grateful for each of these recognitions, the greatest rewards of my career have never been found in trophies or titles. They are found in the relationships that continue long after the transaction has closed, when past clients return, refer their families and friends, and entrust me with the next chapter of their lives.
